happy new yr friends. yay! besides Christmas, this is my other favourite festive season. it gives me an excuse to buy and wear new clothes, eat like theres no tmr, and of cos, get lotsa red packets.

okay, so the last minute shopping on friday was rather productive. i was one satisfied customer. and then there was meeting up with pam liu on saturday to return her camera cos i accidentally took it home one day. i followed her to get accessories before going down to collect a red packet from my boss. how nice of him, he even gave me a bag of bah kwa. oh and i finally tried the toast from that new level one stall. super yummy. its like some concept from hong kong. anyw, their milk tea was fantastic.

and then theres today, the first day of the new yr. it was church followed by my grandmas hse. as with every cny, i had my favourite noodles. dont really know what its called though but its like mian xian in some red soup with veg mushroom chicken and a little wine too. absolutely heavenly. i had 3 servings. haha.

okay, too lazy to upload the pictures of today as usual. we'll leave it to tmr.

i dont know whats wrong with me but i returned home at abt 3 plus and took a nap that lasted till 10pm. and it was such a deep sleep cos it felt like i slept for so long. when my sister woke me up i thought it was time to go to school. arh, horrible. i even missed dinner.

anyway, i borrowed tuesdays with morrie for gp reading period and finished it yesterday. cried like buckets of tears in the process. its a really fantastic book i must say. very thought provoking in a positive way of cos. speaking of gp, todays lesson was, erm, very interesting. more shocking then interesting, actually. her sense of open mindedness was quite apalling. im tempted to put up the details but yeah id rather tell it to u in person. haha.

ive got lotsa pictures of pple sleeping. haha, these are just some. i think i sleep alot at home so while everyone ard me is sleeping im like wide awake. so yes, i end up taking pictures. haha.

they are so gonna take revenge. i can feel it already. ahah. i just felt like hi-lighting some stuff, like the main points or something. makes reading easier, esp for todays entry =)

dont know why but my back aches. its been on for the whole of today. i guess its cos i just downgraded from the big comfy chair, the ones bosses use, to some lousy computer chair. i cant get used to it cos the table seems so low and its just so uncomfortable. how i just love to complain. oh, i think its my medication or something but my mouth feels dry 24/7 and when i drink water theres this weird taste to it. im really irritated by this and my mum keeps coming to nag at me. yeah its for own good but its just not the right time cos im already obviously so super irritated. arggh.

and, i just found out that theres geog tutorial, econs case study and gp hw to be done by tmr and its 11.45pm now. just kill me. nvm, not that i do my hw anyway. but its the new year and ive made up my mind to do every single piece. sigh, its a toughie. haha, and dear hafi thinks its her fault cos she didnt tell me earlier. nah, dont worry abt it. so how now brown cow, tmrs gonna be a terrible rush-hw-during-breaks day. like hello, im not feeling well okay and i didnt ask for it.

went to see the doctor today. 39 *C, flu, blocked nose, runny nose, cough, sore throat, headache, mc for 2 days of sch and 1 week of PE and a big bag of medicine. so i guess i wont be going to sch tmr. but then theres cell and tuition in the evening. sigh, the mc is almost useless.

anyway, my mums cell came over today. everyone say hi to joyous. isnt she just so cute

my latest fetish. i absolutely adore those notebooks from paper people. its at far east by the way. i made the black and white cover myself. super pretty right. actually, i scanned and printed out the design and went over it in black pen. haha, well, whatever, its pretty.

before he left for denmark. thats the soft toy he gave me.

i told him i wasnt gonna give him any Christmas present. haha.

we ate at the soup restaurant with his mum, aunt and brother. i love the food there.

i finally uploaded the hk pictures into my comp. i really miss the shopping and eating at hk. its really like what the adv says. u shop and eat and shop and eat.

malvin left for denmark last night. sent him off at the airport and saw so many sia air stewardess. they really have style and poise. really cool. i love going to the airport. dont know why, but i just love it there. so anyway, he wont be back until a month later so im gonna be updating my blog regulary.

first day of school, slack as usual. but ill probably be feeling the stress soon. oh well, super tired today although i slept at 12.45 last night and my contacts werent helping at all. my eyes were super irritated today. think ive been wearing soft lenses for too long during the hols so now it takes a little time getting used to gas permeable ones again. how annoying.

cos of my terrible condition, i decided to skip shih jie's farewell bbq. sorry guys. and so i came back home checked my mail and then took a super long nap till 10pm at night. my dinner became so cold and soggy. disgusting. but i was so hungry i still ate them. okay, call me pig. im too lazy to transfer a picture of it from my phone to the comp so we'll wait till tmr.

im counting down till when he returns. haha, okay, 28 more days.
