the only reason i switched on the computer is because i was charging my ipod and doing the dreaded sgc earlier.

i was actually doing a bit of work today so when my dad came back, i think he got a shock. i dont know if he meant to be sarcastic or that he was genuinely concerned, but the moment he saw me, he came and felt my forehead and asked if i was having a fever.

hahahhaaa. right, i know the ans.. sarcastic.

evidently, i study like ALOT man. hahaaa.

well anway, my train journey today was extremely disturbing. i was discreetly enjoying my delicious and fragrant pandan cake when i looked over at the old man seated directly across me....

he was digging his nose! in the most disgusting manner ever.. not that such an action can ever be pleasing but he was doing it as if it was such a pleasure. i managed my rudest stare but he could even look straight at me and continue digging without feeling a hint of embarrassment. as if that wasnt bad enough, at the moment i glanced back again, i just had such luck to witness a piece of his nose dirt stuck just outside his nose.

i could feel my pandan cake coming back up my throat. i just wanted to die.. really

urgghh, its no joke being associated with such socially disgraceful pple as singaporeans. i pitied the next guy who would innocently take his seat, and then i just shuddered wondering abt my own seat and all the poles or buttons ive made contact with in public transports...

omg... i was so sure i just wanted to die there and then.

yucks.

i just suddenly wanted to blog abt alan because his birthday this year just passed. 21st july. i never fail to forget because its the day before deb's birthday.

haha he was from a long long time ago, when i was this "girl with frizzy hair and nerdy glasses" as described by some mean shit. well, but maybe it was true to a certain extent. i said maybe..

right, just as a mark of respect i decided to cut off this entry from here, but it doesnt mean that whatever i said wasnt true. i just happened to stumble across his blog and i decided that i should respect him as a person. besides whatever happened between us was like a thousand donkey years ago

anyw just to clarify.. the only reason i remb his birthday is because its a day before deb's, as i mentioned above. and also because it falls on racial harmony day.

i wanted to upload the pictures of the wedding at chijmes but even blogger wants to die on me. its been so hectic. ive been so busy... sleeping. i dont know why but sch is just so tiring, i just keep wanting to sleep. im starting to think ive some kinda health problem. i just cant wait for A's to be over.

theres just so much to do but so little time. that irritating sgc for one, is such a pain in the ass. and then theres my dad... aarrghhh, whats with all these fathers entering their 40's. its just so amazing how they can be a gazillion times more naggy than a woman!

havent been updating(since like malvin's ocs visit!), havent been posting items onto the beaded affair, havent been drafting sgc, havent been.... studying, doing tuition essays, doing tutorials, watching the desperate housewives dvds i borrowed from chelsea, watching da chang jin dvds i borrowed from malvin's mum (like eons ago!), watching movies, meeting up with the losers enough, mambo-ing,

havent been everything.

so u ask me what ive been doing.. i really wonder too.

right, time to sleep again...

well, i finally decided against procrastination and started to revamp The Beaded Affair. it was actually sparked off by a request, from a friend, for a customised necklace. which was when i realised that i havent being doing anything to keep the website going.

so anyway i shifted it to live journal's community thing, ill update the link in awhile, after construction is complete. cant help it, ive got an econs test tmr and, not forgetting, the shadow of prelims looming just above me. disgusting.

sometimes i wish gp was a proper A level subject.

malvin can only book out late saturday evening, which means sat is totally gone, its just the sunday left. its barely even a full day together cause ive got church and then he has to book in early evening. my, be it just to talk, we hardly have any time together

last weekend wasnt any better. he finally got to book out after his 3 weeks of confinement. the plan told to me, was to go to deb's church sat evening and skip church the next day to go for juli's party. imagine if i did that.. i wouldnt be able to meet him for 1 whole month.

so on saturday, saturation for youth rally was in town and since malvin had to buy his white shirt to book in, we met there.. for barely a few hours. althought greg and phoebe eventually skipped church on sunday, i was determined not to give in. God comes first and besides its so important for anyone to keep sunday mornings to go to church. that, im sure juli understands. so i left church earlier instead, and to rush all the way to woodlands for juli's party, i was in such a bad mood throughout service and the rest of the day just thinking abt the arrangements.

tuition was at 5.30pm but i left earlier at 2.30pm to meet malvin. thankfully he stays nearby, if not i wouldnt have forgiven myself for not speaking up abt the party arrangements. its not like he could have his parents fetch him to book in and many nights out in between to meet me.

so anyw, i vented all my anger on malvin and even he had trouble calming me down. eventually, knowing how retail therapy works wonders for me, he resorted to buying me my matching bag and heels. haha, good attempt but i just couldnt get over everything. yes, call me petty. but i think i had every right to be so.

oh well.. on a lighter note, the only happy moments were watching juli walk ard in her 'dress' and her silly expressions when she was playing that guessing game. it was even funnier when she and greg had to do their forfeit. well, happy 19th juli. i hope u had fun at your party and that make over at stila..

i was suppose to be singing the school hymn but i found more interesting stuff to do. awww, hahaa

greg just returned from brunei so we went to watch superman returns. throughout the whole movie, we were constantly trying to outdo each other by predicting what was gonna happen next. haha super funny.
and i was a little hesitant on superman initially but the movie turned out to be good. i liked how they incoporated romance and humour into a movie with a supposed action-packed nature.

the plan was to finish updating up till malvin's ocs visitation day but i couldnt bring myself to saturate this blog with too many green people in what they call the a-r-m-y, that ive come to loathe increasingly, accelarating at every mention of 'book-in' 'lights-out' or 'confinement'.

sch today was...

well, lets just say math was utterly disappointing. i really expected much much more which probably is the reason why it was so upsetting. and my teacher. just the mere mention of her now makes me feel like shooting off with every expletive my vocab has to offer. but its not worth the risk getting into trouble with sch authorities.

despite all these, having a friend like estee sure brightens up any dull day. doesnt she bear an uncanny resemblance to two disgusting spore idol characters in this picture

i wandered off during the reception for prize winners and found this board.

and when i peered closer...

i saw his big fat name. haha but then i couldnt find the star to pose beside his name.

and because he was a prize winner, we had the privilege to cut the terribly long queue out of tekong. as we sauntered right to the front of the queue, amidst envious eyes, i couldnt help but feel super proud of him.

haha, not bad huh?

class chalet

dont be deceived by the harmless name of aloha changi, was anything but harmless, esp when we were just next to och. i could see that creepy building up close from the room window.

well but anyway, we had lotsa fun and in the end we got so high it totally didnt bother us anymore that och was just next door.

hafi did a good job with the other picts we took. i prefer viewing them from her blog cause we look skinnier there. haha.

out of the many, these were my favourite ones. estee in blue, pong in orange, hafi in dark blue, chelsea in stripes and pam in white. i never knew jumping could be so much fun.

making our way back to the chalet. the view of the sunset was really pretty. i collaged it into the next picture.
we played twister after dinner, i have so many more pictures of chelsea in the most unglam positions ever!
see the 3 idiots playing ps2, so much for class bonding. they would have just died if greg had not kindly delivered a rugby ball and some plug for them to set up their play station.
the girls later retreated into the room for facials/masks, manicure, pedicure and of course it wouldnt be complete without gossips. haha. addi was so cool, such a metro, he joined in for the facial stuff too!
we had so much fun..

wow.

i just remembered that the other day, during econs tuition.. i dont know but why it suddenly dawned on me that i wrote greenhouse effect, caused by trees, as being good for the environment... for my GEOG paper!! what kinda backside face makes such a stupid blunder. what was i thinking man! OMG.

anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANDACE TAN! thats my beloved cousin btw.

oh oh and ive got this new dedication thing, courtesy of radio.blog.club. i was very tempted to autoplay beautiful disaster but then i decided otherwise.

social night

the long awaited update

being the gentleman that he has always been, greg picked me up from my place. according to him, i unfortunately came down too late and so we missed the helicopter. =D

jesslyn was there too. actually i saw quite a number of other familiar faces.. bryan ng, ben from deb's class, malvin's friend joseph and joshua yee. but there wasnt time nor opportunity to be photographed with each of them. come to think of it, i took too little pictures that night.

the camera was suppose to have anti-shake functions.

anyway, the toilet was like wow..

we i couldnt resist this grand looking chair. if i had my way, id have one of this in my room.

it was a night of socialising, eating and trying to balance myself on my heels! in fact, the balancing was such a challenge for me. during the cocktail and socialising part of the night we just parked ourselves at a corner and made bare minimal movements. and when it was announced that dinner was gonna be buffet style, greg just burst out laughing...
oh i forgot to mention that quite a few of the girls there got flowers from their partners. so after the eating was done and we were all just seated around the table, the rest of us were being entertained by the other girlfriends complaining, "where are my flowers huh? how come that girl got i dont have?" soon after, another one went "yarh larh! how come you didnt give me". hahaha.
(during your social night i better not be complaining about that, okay malvin? hahahha)
okay back to my heels. yes.. so there i was taking tiny dainty steps and my very kind partner had to constantly keep a close watch in case i end up entertaining everyone. he didnt even have peace to let me make my way to the ladies, i came out to find him there escorting me back. haha it must have been such a funny sight.
all in all i had lots of fun and its was really my honour to have been invited.
