dont i look really happy in that pict. haha but no, obviously i didnt win that. pigs will start flying if i did. wasnt even in pe attire to begin with. it was our dear pong who won it in the inter-house girls relay!
the class heroes - we werent even planning to take part in the inter-cg relay due to the lack of runners. but we eventually did and from the heats, we proceeded into the semi finals. the runners felt they didnt stand a chance against the rest, nevertheless they still tried their best at the semi's, with the whole class cheering them on. haha and when we found out we qualified for the finals, we all were ecstatic! it was as if we had already won the race.
okay, in the end we came in 7th out of the 8 classes for the finals but that didnt really bother us. haha, have u ever seen a class so happy to come in 2nd last?
well, actually if you gave it some thought, we werent really 2nd last considering we beat so many other classes to make it to the finals. extremely proud of the runners, well done S91!
it was an exceptionally rare occassion where the whole class bonded a little. actually putting some unpleasant moments behind, i do love my class! =)
xavier, estee and zong - i thought this pict was quite funny...
haha but this one undeniably surpassed that.
could you tell? we were a happy happy class that day.
on board the penguin express ferry.
deborah dear and i. thank u for accompanying me!
me malvin his mum and his aunt. his face is was even more sian as we became one step closer to tekong.
this was at some talk abt army stuff, from the simple equipments to their food supplies which includes that whole row of green packets, affectionately known as their combat rations. im sure they love it. haha
at their oath taking ceremony, serious and all. after it was over, the boys had to stand in two rows facing inwards, like towards each other. parents and friends were suppose to walk in between the rows to 'collect' them. deborah and i were really quite amused, its like the feeling of walking down the aisle at a wedding or something. haha okay, we were being bimbotic.
the ultimate sian face - after finding out that he was posted to ninja. fyi, ninja company is infamous for being the most 'xiong', always doing extra stuff and all. to think he was laughing at his friend from the january batch for being posted there. so this was what happened:
pam: its okay, you need it. there so much fats you need to lose, esp those gained from denmark. =p
malvin: yarh, and when i get out, u'll be the only fat one left. =pp
!!! i nearly killed him.
okay, it was time to say goodbye. bye to the hair too. prob never gonna see it that long in the next 2 yrs to come.
check out that couple behind. haha what a picture.
in case some pigs think its a picture of the uncle behind me (which has actually happend before), it was actually the banner deborah was trying to capture for me. it read: BMT, its not what you leave behind, its what you'll gain in the days ahead. i thought it was kinda wow..haha go malvin!
okay so that was his enlistment day. when he called me on the first night, he was like "the hair is gone". haha that vainpot, poor thing. anyway i met him again on good friday. the hair was really !!!.. okay no pictures. that vainpot will kill me if i post up any.
anyway, did i ever mention that i think enrique iglesias is really hot.. was just a random thought but yes, hes hot stuff.
okay, so malvin got enlisted already. ill do that entry another time. its getting late and ive got church tmr morn. its a late lunch appointment with the vs after that. it only means theres more picts to come!
well, many yrs later.. he a man now, defending the nation and all. haha. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GREG!!
so... we went to ocs yesterday to kinda celebrate a little. his family came earlier and his mum brought him so much food, ang ku kueh and etc. he was like begging us to bring them home, haha. yes this is his room, shared with one other guy. not bad huh. spacious and all, plus theres a computer too. so neat!
this was in some leisure room of theirs. forgot what its called. haha, he looks like hes giving them a talk, while dania and i sneaked away to get our hands on the refreshments. my greedy and bimbotic partner in crime. =DD
there, thats her. haha, okay. and deb on the right
this was taken in the ocs canteen, we were slacking there for quite a while. greg and justin just couldnt stop talking abt army stuff.
there, happy birthday best friend!
