on board the penguin express ferry.
deborah dear and i. thank u for accompanying me!
me malvin his mum and his aunt. his face is was even more sian as we became one step closer to tekong.
this was at some talk abt army stuff, from the simple equipments to their food supplies which includes that whole row of green packets, affectionately known as their combat rations. im sure they love it. haha
at their oath taking ceremony, serious and all. after it was over, the boys had to stand in two rows facing inwards, like towards each other. parents and friends were suppose to walk in between the rows to 'collect' them. deborah and i were really quite amused, its like the feeling of walking down the aisle at a wedding or something. haha okay, we were being bimbotic.
the ultimate sian face - after finding out that he was posted to ninja. fyi, ninja company is infamous for being the most 'xiong', always doing extra stuff and all. to think he was laughing at his friend from the january batch for being posted there. so this was what happened:
pam: its okay, you need it. there so much fats you need to lose, esp those gained from denmark. =p
malvin: yarh, and when i get out, u'll be the only fat one left. =pp
!!! i nearly killed him.
okay, it was time to say goodbye. bye to the hair too. prob never gonna see it that long in the next 2 yrs to come.
check out that couple behind. haha what a picture.
in case some pigs think its a picture of the uncle behind me (which has actually happend before), it was actually the banner deborah was trying to capture for me. it read: BMT, its not what you leave behind, its what you'll gain in the days ahead. i thought it was kinda wow..haha go malvin!
okay so that was his enlistment day. when he called me on the first night, he was like "the hair is gone". haha that vainpot, poor thing. anyway i met him again on good friday. the hair was really !!!.. okay no pictures. that vainpot will kill me if i post up any.
