this morning at 4.30am, i was awoken by my handphone beeping to 20 msges received. those were actually msges accumulated over a few days that failed to be delievered to me on time. and this is not the first time this is happening. it doesnt seem like its a problem related to my phone so it has got to be that irritating green and yellow star of a hub.

and when i called to complain, the person on the other line was so impatient and rude. he even told me i had to recall where i was when i was suppose to have received those msges and then tell him before he can investigate. what nonsense, my dad doesnt pay for a plan to give me more work to do. im not being a difficult customer, i just strongly believe that isnt and shouldnt come anywhere near my list of tasks. they are the service provider and im the customer

so friends, i have a valid reason when i take like 3 days to reply your msges.
